Teen Development Specialist

The primary function is to create a positive and engaging environment for teens by supervising and interacting with them in various club areas, acting as a role model to foster personal growth and responsibility. This includes facilitating fun and educational programs while encouraging participation and enforcing club rules.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 21 years old, with preferred experience working with youth in recreational or educational settings. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to lead activities and model positive problem-Solving for youth.
