Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will be responsible for leading classes by implementing provided lesson plans, instructing students across various subjects, and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment. Duties may also include assisting the classroom teacher with reinforcement activities or supervising lunch and recess.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma and experience instructing in elementary, middle, or secondary school settings, along with flexibility and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include louisiana certification, a bachelor's degree, three or more years of teaching experience, and fluency in french with knowledge of the french curriculum.
