About the role

The teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where toddlers feel supported and excited to explore using the TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum through various activities. Daily duties also include supporting toddlers in building independence, guiding positive social interactions, and maintaining strong relationships with families through consistent communication.

What You’ll Do Every Day Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved, supported, and excited to explore Bring TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to life through hands‑on play, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory activities Support toddlers as they build independence — from self‑help skills to early problem‑solving Guide positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright, nurturing environment Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth
