Toddler Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where toddlers feel supported and excited to explore using the tle’s l.e.a.p.® curriculum through various activities. Daily duties also include supporting toddlers in building independence, guiding positive social interactions, and maintaining strong relationships with families through consistent communication.

The ideal candidate should be naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing, possessing a genuine love for the toddler stage, its curiosity, emotions, and milestones. While experience in early childhood education is a plus, the essential requirements are a caring heart and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
