Core responsibilities
The specialist will provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment by leading group and individual therapy sessions, implementing the positive leaps model, and completing necessary threat assessments and interventions. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and collaborating with families and team members to track progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work (Bsw) and be a licensed social worker (Lsw) in ohio, along with being at least 19 years old and comfortable working with children aged 3–8. Additional requirements include obtaining cpr/First aid certification within three weeks of hire and passing a comprehensive background check.
