RBT- Hinesville

The registered behavioral technician will engage directly with clients in a home-Based setting, implementing treatment plans established by the bcba supervisor, which includes creating materials, executing procedures, and collecting data. Responsibilities also involve supporting parent training, clinical evaluations, and maintaining continuous professional compliance and training.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be a registered behavior technician or willing to obtain certification before the start date, with required technical proficiency in data collection and analytical reporting. Experience working 1:1 with clients, especially those with challenging behaviors, and knowledge of direct aba experience are preferred or required.
