Swim Team Coach

The head swim team coach is responsible for the daily operation of the swim team program, including conducting training sessions and managing the competition schedule. They also oversee the coaching staff and ensure a positive, safe learning environment for all participants.

Candidates must have competitive swimming or coaching experience and a sound knowledge of swimming principles. Additionally, they must obtain cpr and first aid certifications within 30 days and pass a criminal background check.
