Adult Mental Health Specialist Internship

Interns will participate in providing trauma-Informed and recovery-Oriented services to individuals experiencing mental illness and addiction within the adult mental health- Outpatient department. This involves completing a required field placement under the supervision of credentialed staff, typically requiring 16–20 hours per week.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a qualifying master's degree program in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field, usually in the final year before placement. Candidates must also pass required criminal background, dmv checks, possess a valid driver's license, and pass a pre-Placement 10-Panel drug screen.
