RBT/Behavior Therapist - Starting at $21 per hr, Paid RBT Course Tuition

The behavior therapist will implement individualized aba treatment plans developed by a bcba and be responsible for collecting and submitting accurate session data. They must also collaborate with supervisors and participate in ongoing paid training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have prior paid or volunteer experience working with children, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Interest in psychology, education, or human development is preferred, and cpr/First aid certification is required or must be obtained.
