Childwatch-Westview YMCA

This role involves organizing, planning, and executing all activities for participating children while cultivating positive relationships and maintaining effective communication with parents, children, and staff. Staff must adhere to program standards, including safety and cleanliness, and follow all ymca policies and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to work with children aged 6 weeks to 8 years, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements include completing program-Specific training, abuse prevention training, cpr/Aed/First aid certification, and successfully clearing a background check.
