KVCC Nursing Faculty (Full-time): Maternal Child Health Nursing Specialist and Medical-Surgical / Long-term Care Nursing Spec

Nursing faculty responsibilities include teaching assigned didactic lectures, lab, and clinical rotations in maternal-Child health/Pediatrics and elder/Medical-Surgical nursing, along with coordinating outpatient pediatric health experiences. Faculty also participate in curriculum development, evaluation, serve as student advisors, and are active members of college committees.

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing, an unencumbered maine rn license, and 3–5 years of experience in maternal-Child/Pediatric/Ob nursing and medical surgical and/Or long-Term care nursing. The successful applicant must also be willing to enroll in and obtain a master’s degree in nursing.
