Individual aide-Full time

The individual aide/Paraprofessional supports the instructional program by assisting in the supervision, care, and instruction of students with special needs, including implementing behavior management systems and reinforcing classroom objectives. Responsibilities also involve assisting with student movement, feeding, toileting, and maintaining objective, ongoing assessment of learner progress.

Candidates must demonstrate regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while handling confidential information. Essential skills include effective communication, flexibility to respond to changing situations, ability to work well in a team, and proficiency in performing physical support tasks like lifting and feeding.
