The Modern and Classical Languages department is taking applications for a French Adjunct Faculty position to teach one section of French 101 for the Fall 2026 semester and one section of French 102 for the Spring 2027 semester.

Job requirements

M.A. or Ph.D. in French or Second Language Acquisition or related field. Native or near-native fluency in French. Applications will be received until the position is filled. Salary Range

$935 per credit hour for a faculty member with an MA and fewer than 3 years of experience teaching at Wheaton - $1100 per credit hour for a faculty member with a PhD.
