Swim Instructor

The swim instructor is responsible for providing individualized instruction tailored to member needs and skill levels, as well as teaching group lessons and assisting with various clinics at the wellness center. Essential duties include leading classes, assessing client abilities, scheduling instruction requests, and suggesting new programs.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of related experience instructing or coaching swimming and must meet all necessary safety requirements and certifications. A high school diploma or ged is preferred, and cpr/Aed certification is required within 90 days of hire.
