Children's Area Associate

The children's area associate is responsible for providing safe, caring, and secure childcare services, including age-Appropriate interactions and leading daily crafts and activities. This role requires monitoring the secured area, enforcing center policies, and being receptive to parent feedback.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for a 1-Year certificate from college or technical school, and a minimum of six months of related childcare experience or training. Required qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while multitasking, and meeting all necessary safety requirements and certifications.
