Child Care Behavior Assistant - Summer

Child care behavior assistants will support program supervisors by helping plan and implement programs while working closely with individual students to ensure optimal learning. This includes providing personalized support to students with additional needs during activities and fostering their social and academic growth.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing experience working with school-Age children needing special needs support or behavior interventions. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to take direction, and demonstrated responsibility are essential.
