Pilates Instructor

Pilates instructors are tasked with developing safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to achieve goals and ensure retention, while instructing both private and group classes effectively. They must also monitor clients during training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.

Minimum requirements include experience in pilates program design, the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma or ged, one year of personal training experience, and six months experience with specific pilates equipment. Candidates must also hold a certified pilates trainer certification along with cpr and aed certification.
