Interpreters must also comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including hipaa.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of general interpreting experience, with at least two years specifically in medical interpreting settings, and must be fluent in both english and swahili.
