Quality First Coach (Bilingual)

The coach provides collaborative, reflective, and efficient coaching services to early childhood programs enrolled in quality first to enhance the quality of care and education. Essential duties include orienting staff, reviewing assessments, developing quality improvement plans (Qips), assisting in qip implementation through coaching and training, and submitting required reports.

A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (Ece) or a related field with 24 college credits in ece, along with five years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting serving children birth through eight years old, is required. Candidates must also meet regulatory requirements including age, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to pass extensive background checks.
