Quality First Coach

This role involves providing coaching services to early childhood programs enrolled in quality first to improve the quality of care and education. Essential duties include orienting staff, reviewing assessments, developing quality improvement plans (Qips), and assisting in qip implementation through coaching and training.

A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (Ece) or a related field with 24 college credits in ece, plus five years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting serving children birth through 8 years old is required. Candidates must also meet regulatory requirements including age, driving record, and passing extensive background checks.
