Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for supporting children with special needs, along with reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include current cpr and rbt certifications, or a willingness to obtain rbt certification.
