  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Track progress and collect meaningful session data Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families Participate in ongoing training and professional development 🎯 What You Bring Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!) Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA) A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset 💼
