Residential Advisor

The residential advisor creates a safe and supportive environment for students in housing while monitoring daily activities and behavior. They provide informal counseling, facilitate life skills training, and ensure dormitory operations comply with safety and policy standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and six months of experience in education or a related field. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain cpr and first aid certification are required.
