BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Northeast

The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients while completing approximately 28 billable hours per week. Responsibilities also include supervising and developing up to five registered behavior technicians (Rbts), conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, along with experience in aba, with an rbt background being a plus for new bcbas. Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical, client-Centered aba within a team-Focused environment are essential.
