Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients. Supervise and develop RBTs while conducting assessments and writing individualized treatment plans.
An active BCBA certification and state licensure where required are necessary. Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment are also essential.

What You'll Need: ✔ Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
✔ State Licensure where required
✔ ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
✔ Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
