Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

The clinical supervisor is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment, treatment plan development, and training of caregivers and technicians. They ensure treatment adherence and monitor patient progress while collaborating with other professionals.

A master's degree in psychology or applied behavior analysis is required, along with certification as a behavior analyst. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is also necessary.
