College Pathways Coordinator

The coordinator acts as a liaison between hth and post-Secondary institutions, guiding students through enrollment, advising on courses, and developing support processes. Essential duties include maintaining data tracking systems for enrollment and serving as a member of the college and career access team (Ccat).

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field, along with knowledge of higher education policies and procedures. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and experience with data tracking and analysis are required to support program improvement and student success.
