Field Trainer

The field trainer facilitates training courses for in-Home care and public service workers both in-Person and in virtual classroom environments. They are responsible for managing classroom logistics, ensuring state-Mandated learning objectives are met, and providing an equitable learning experience.

Candidates must have experience in the care provider field or as a support professional, along with demonstrated training or facilitation experience. Proficiency in microsoft office and video conferencing software is required, as is the ability to travel to class venues.
