School-Based Clinician

The clinician manages a caseload of up to 20 adolescents, providing comprehensive mental health and substance use services including assessments, treatment planning, and various therapy modalities. They also provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral health needs and trauma-Informed services.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, with a preference for two years of experience working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral health complications. Essential abilities include strong decision-Making, excellent writing and communication skills, cultural competence, and the capacity to work independently.
