The Clinical Nursing Educator will lead three to four clinical days per week at external sites to support pre-licensure academic courses, modeling professional behavior and fostering critical thinking among students. Responsibilities also include facilitating professional relationships, providing feedback, identifying student deficits, and collaborating on simulation center needs.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing, a current Connecticut RN license, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Candidates must also possess at least two years of experience teaching undergraduate students in various clinical settings and experience evaluating student performance.
