The Opportunity Provide support for general business transactions. Attend meetings and provide insight into discussions. Collaborate on specific projects, offer assistance, and contribute fresh ideas. Participate in special projects as needed. Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Seek feedback and actively engage in the learning process. Performs related duties as required. Required Experience and Competencies Some high school experience with a valid work permit required. 1-2 years of work experience in any capacity (can be positions geld while in school, volunteer, or club experience) preferred. Verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Organizational and customer service skills. Attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, work to deadlines on multiple tasks, to work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner, and to interact both in person and remotely with a courteous and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with drive and initiative as well as work well within a team setting. Demonstrated self-learner interested in continued professional development and personal growth. Requirements

Requires some high school experience with a valid work permit and preferred work experience in any capacity. Must possess strong verbal and written communication, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), organizational, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
