Youth Soccer Coach (Full-Time)

The full-Time coach is responsible for managing and directing all duties related to operating soccer shots sessions, which includes coaching a minimum of 30 sessions weekly, ensuring child safety, and following the established lesson plan. Additionally, the role involves training other coaches, evaluating instructors, maintaining equipment, and actively boosting program enrollment at various sites.

This is a full-Time, non-Exempt position requiring 40 hours of work per week, primarily functioning in an inside/Outside sports environment over 90% of the time. Candidates must be physically capable of running, stopping, and bending for 40-Minute increments per session, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
