Teachers are responsible for creating a positive, achievement-Oriented, and structured learning environment that invests students in reaching ambitious goals while partnering with families to facilitate academic and personal development. Responsibilities also include utilizing assessment data to drive instruction, implementing lesson plans with the team, and exemplifying core values in all interactions.

Candidates must possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, high personal organization, and embrace feedback for growth. A bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 gpa is required, though a master's degree is preferred, and connecticut certification or progress toward obtaining it is necessary.
