Teacher Assistant - Little Rock

The assistant teacher will support the classroom teacher(S) by implementing curriculum, engaging children in activities like playground time, and handling direct childcare needs such as feeding and diapering. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary learning environment and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans developed by evaluators.

Candidates must be willing to work with developmentally at-Risk children and possess the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and adapt their approach based on a child's developmental needs. A high school diploma or ged is required, and one year of professional experience working with children is preferred.
