Preschool Teaching Assistant - North Little Rock

The teaching assistant will support the classroom teacher(S) by engaging children in curriculum implementation, playground activities, and addressing direct childcare needs such as feeding and diapering. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary learning environment and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans developed by evaluators.

The ideal candidate must be excited to learn and passionate about helping children in a fun, engaging, and collaborative manner, demonstrating patience, positivity, and resilience. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/Ged, availability monday through friday, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, with one year of professional childcare experience preferred.
