Preschool Teaching Assistant - North Little Rock/Maumelle

The assistant will support the classroom teacher(S) by implementing curriculum, engaging children in activities, handling direct childcare needs like feeding and diapering, and maintaining a clean, safe learning environment. They will also collaborate on establishing learning environments and implementing intervention strategies developed by healthcare professionals.

Candidates must be willing to work with developmentally at-Risk children, possess the ability to collaborate effectively, and demonstrate patience, positivity, and resilience while being mindful and authentic in child engagement. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and one year of professional experience working with children is preferred.
