Preschool Teaching Assistant - Conway

The teaching assistant will support the classroom teacher by engaging children in curriculum implementation, playground activities, and direct childcare needs such as feeding and diapering. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary learning environment and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans developed by healthcare professionals.

Candidates must be willing to work with developmentally at-Risk children and possess the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and adapt their approach based on a child's developmental needs. A high school diploma or ged is the minimum requirement, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
