Preschool Teaching Assistant - Little Rock

The teaching assistant will support the classroom teacher(S) by implementing curriculum, supervising playground activities, and handling direct childcare needs such as feeding and diapering. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe learning environment and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans developed by evaluators.

Candidates must be willing to work with developmentally at-Risk children, possess the ability to collaborate effectively, and demonstrate patience, positivity, and resilience in a child-Centered manner. A high school diploma or ged is the minimum requirement, though one year of professional experience working with children is preferred.
