Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans that align with state standards and core values to foster child development. This role also involves observing and assessing each child's progress, maintaining documentation, and managing a positive and safe classroom culture.

Candidates must meet minnesota dhs qualifications for a lead teacher and demonstrate experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting, possessing knowledge of early childhood development principles. Additional requirements include meeting physical demands, passing background checks, maintaining cpr/First aid certification, and proficiency with basic technology.
