Physical Education Teacher (2026-2027 SY)

The teacher is responsible for planning and providing appropriate learning experiences, supervising students in various settings, and monitoring student outcomes. This role also involves developing and modifying instructional plans to meet diverse student needs and fostering an environment conducive to intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher and meet maryland state department of education licensure requirements, along with other experience mandated by maryland law and board policy. Essential qualifications include knowledge of the subject matter, exemplary organizational and human relation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
