Recovery Teacher

The recovery teacher will maintain a continuous learning environment for students in the mtss-Based behavioral support system by providing direct instruction, one-On-One tutoring, and feedback, while ensuring academic proficiency during behavioral support. Key duties involve developing and maintaining behavior support plans based on functional behavior assessments and ensuring compliance with all relevant educational plans like ieps and section 504 plans.

Candidates must possess a valid indiana state teaching license or equivalent and a bachelor's degree in education, demonstrating a strong commitment to student education and quality programs. Essential qualifications include excellence in organizational management, data handling, strong communication skills, and an action-Oriented, adaptable approach to planning.
