Outreach & Community Partnership Specialist

The specialist is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with community partners and engaging target communities to recruit for jvs programs and establish strategic partnerships for participant support services. This role involves significant outreach, representing jvs at events, and connecting clients with necessary barrier removal resources like food or housing assistance.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with 1-3+ years of community engagement experience, preferably in the greater boston area. The role demands flexible evening and weekend availability for required travel and event staffing.
