Training Specialist

The training specialist develops engaging learning content by collaborating with subject matter experts to identify appropriate training methods for business needs. This role involves supporting the creation of classroom and blended curriculums while facilitating learning programs for new and current employees and leaders.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, along with preferred experience in developing and implementing learning solutions in a corporate setting. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment, proficiency in microsoft office (Especially powerpoint), and the capacity to manage administrative duties within a learning management system.
