Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating quality programs across various areas like arts, technology, games, and physical education while ensuring a positive and safe atmosphere for members. Daily duties include greeting members, assisting with the power hour program, maintaining attendance records, and enforcing club rules for health and safety.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior youth work experience preferred, and must be registered with boys & girls clubs of america, completing required trainings including gaining first aid and cpr certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in various computer programs are essential for this role.
