Adjunct House Counselor/Complement

This role involves supporting the residential program in various capacities, which may include filling in for house counselors episodically or for extended periods. The individual will also support other aspects of the evening program.

Candidates must currently reside in phillips academy housing on campus and demonstrate enthusiasm for supporting adolescents within the residential setting. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks and authorization to work in the united states.
