Special Education Instructional Assistant (Full Time): 26/27 SY, Parker, Colorado - Bayou Gulch Campus

The assistant is responsible for supporting teachers in instructing scholars using the classical model of learning combined with data-Driven decision-Making, including differentiating support for various needs and behaviors within one classroom. Duties involve preparing instructional resources, providing direct instructional support, supervising scholars during various times, administering assessments, and maintaining accurate scholar records.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, plus either an associate's degree, two years of higher education study, or a passing score on the parapro skills assessment. Candidates must also possess colorado/Fbi fingerprint clearance, first aid/Cpr certification, and a strong willingness to learn and support the classical model of education.
