Job Details Kettering Health Dayton l Dayton l Full-time l Days Responsibilities & Requirements Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following: Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotations Coordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedules Ensure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperwork Maintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirements Assist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residency Oversees graduation events Job Requirements Associate degree in relevant field Minimum 5 years of business office experience Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management
