Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus l Kettering l Full-time l Days Responsibilities & Requirements Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following: Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotations Coordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedules Ensure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperwork Maintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirements Assist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residency Oversees graduation events Job Requirements Associate degree in relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management 5 years of office experience Must be able to effectively communicate with department directors, faculty, residents, applicants, employees and the general public. Good assessment and planning skills
