Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will deliver in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children, coupled with a passion for supporting children with special needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory, with cpr and rbt certifications being preferred.
