Special Needs Swim Instructor

Instruct students aged 4 months to 12 years in swim lessons tailored to their individual physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs using the established curriculum. Maintain a safe, calm, and encouraging learning environment while tracking and documenting student progress.

Candidates must have prior professional or structured volunteer experience working with children with special needs, such as those with autism, down syndrome, or adhd. Strong requirements include patience, calmness, empathy, and the ability to follow safety procedures and lesson plans.
