Youth Soccer Referee

The youth soccer referee is responsible for officiating youth soccer games for ages 4-14, ensuring games run smoothly and promoting good sportsmanship by applying age-Specific rules. Essential duties include creating a safe and engaging environment, interacting positively with participants and coaches, and communicating with park district staff as needed.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with at least one year of playing soccer experience, though officiating experience is preferred. Required abilities include articulating rules clearly, maintaining composure in stressful situations, and possessing strong communication and decision-Making skills.
